Mr. Swann was born and raised in Puyallup, WA. He graduated from
Puyallup High School in 1998 and then moved to Pullman, WA for his
undergraduate degree at Washington State University where he received
his Bachelor of Arts in 2003. In continuing his education Mr. Swann
moved to New England where he received his Juris Doctorate in May of
2006 at Western New England College.
Mr. Swann's strong ties to the community brought him back to the South
Puget Sound area to practice law.
